How does the bag isolate dirty cleats and control odor?
It includes a dedicated Ventilated Cleat Compartment located at the bottom of the bag. This breathable, isolated pocket keeps muddy shoes and dirty laundry separate from your clean pads, clothes, and gear to keep equipment fresh during tournament days.
Is the bag water-resistant, and how do I clean field grime or mud off it?
The bag is crafted from Heavy-Duty, High-Density Polyester designed to protect equipment from rain, mist, and damp locker room floors. The material is moisture-resistant and wipe-clean, allowing you to easily remove mud.

What is your return policy and refund process?
Our official refund and return terms include:
- 30-Day Return Window: Eligible items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- How to Start a Return: Contact support@sportinegroup.com to receive a return shipping label. Returns are processed at our Lockport, NY facility.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Items arriving defective or damaged out of the box are handled promptly for replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
